The Award which is the second edition will be held in Port-Harcourt Rivers State.
The sole aim of the “NIGER DELTA NOTICE AWARD” is to
celebrate personalities that have carved an inch of life in Niger Delta. After the 2016 “NIGER DELTA NOTICE AWARD” which was held in the beautiful
city of Yenegoa Bayesla, with winners like AD, Oluwa Lncon, Easy Green, Mr.
Game, Danny Tee, Cyria, Mc Amebo and many more. This year Award is set around
Sixty Categories including, Movie, Graphic Designing, Model and Photographing
